Cotton Polishing Wheel – Soft – 150 mm

High-quality cotton polishing

 wheel for polishing and finishing work in pipe making. Ideal for polishing pipe bowls, stems, and other workpieces made of wood, acrylic, or ebonite.

The polishing wheels are available in two levels of firmness and two different diameters, allowing you to choose the right wheel for each stage of the polishing process.

Soft Polishing Wheel
The soft version is particularly suitable for fine polishing and the final high-gloss finish. Thanks to its flexible construction, it adapts well to curves and contours, making it ideal for pipe bowls and other rounded or shaped workpieces.

Firm Polishing Wheel
The firmer version provides more pressure and greater dimensional stability during polishing. It is particularly suitable for preliminary polishing stages and for areas where slightly more material removal or controlled polishing is required.

Ideal for Pipe Making

When used with a suitable polishing compound, these wheels are ideal for the various finishing stages involved in pipe making. For best results, we recommend using a separate polishing wheel for each polishing compound to prevent the different compounds from mixing.

Workshop Tip:
The firm polishing wheel is well suited for the initial polishing stages, while the soft wheel is particularly effective for achieving the final high-gloss finish.
