All products manufactured by the traditional brand Alpenleder are exclusively made from high-quality full-grain leather, meaning the surface remains unaltered to showcase the leather's natural structure. For this product, a supple calfskin leather with a thickness of approximately 1.6 mm was selected. The hides are sustainably tanned using plant extracts. This natural beauty is further enhanced by hand-polishing the leather with a hard wax, making each pouch a unique masterpiece.
Only select parts of a hide are suitable for processing into full-grain leather. Full-grain buffalo leather, known for its exceptional durability, develops a beautiful patina over time and, with proper care, can last for decades.
